Lauren Enriquez, LMFT. I believe that therapy can be beneficial for anyone at many stages of life and for different types of issues. My goal is to help you build your strengths, develop skills, healthier outlets, and empower you to be able to better navigate the challenges you are facing. I am genuine, compassionate, and provide a safe space to listen to your challenges without judgment. I am authentic and interactive with my clients.
I ask client directly what they want out of therapy, their top main goals that they want, what their life would be like if they were to reach those goals. I will be with my client every step of the way to reach their goals.
The first session is an intake which includes many questions, history of mental health, clients' goals, what they want to get out of therapy, and how their life would be different if these goals were met. I do a check-in, and we identify wins and losses, goods and difficulties, I provide a skill or short-term goal for the client to work on.
