My practice is primarily guided by person-centered therapy. Occasionally, I may use other approaches to help facilitate your progress in sessions such as mindfulness strategies and/or worksheets & activities. I have experience working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship issues, & trauma among others.
