With more than 13 years of dedicated experience in the field, my professional journey has revolved around addressing trauma, mental health concerns, and substance use issues. I employ a comprehensive approach, drawing from a fusion of therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Havening, and Polyvagal Theory.
