I prioritize diversity and enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. I am a certified 200 hr yoga teacher and believe in the power of mindfulness practices. I also enjoy exploring alternative holistic practices such as herbal medicine with my clients, both of which I’ve studied and hold certifications in.
