In the settings of partial hospitalization, day treatment, intensive outpatient (group) and outpatient therapy. Lauren will use a mix of CBT and EMDR in her work with her clients. Lauren works with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, and trauma.
Lauren provides a safe and supportive environment for her clients. Her goal is to be able to connect with her clients to build a strong foundation for the counselor-client relationship. She sees herself as being very open-minded, accepting and has a calm demeanor when working with clients. Lauren is In-network with BCBS
