Hi there. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I earned my Bachelor of Arts at the University of the Incarnate Word and my Master's degree in community counseling at The University of Texas at San Antonio. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly in many different avenues surrounding mental health. My education and trauma informed training has helped clients identify how past life experiences, their thoughts, and habits contribute to their current maladaptive behavior.
