My focus is young adults in their 20s and 30s struggling with depression, romantic relationships, anxiety, life transitions, career stress, family/friendship conflicts, socio-political stress, trauma, and loss. I help clients reconnect with their needs and desires, explore their identities, set boundaries, change unhelpful patterns, cope with stress, and learn how to be gentler with themselves. I celebrate diversity of gender, sexual orientation, and racial and cultural identities and integrate social justice and anti-oppressive values into my practice. I'm interested in the ways history, context, and experience shape our stories.
My approach is humanistic and strengths-based, warm, and direct. My goal in this collaborative process with you is creating a compassionate, shame-free space for honesty, curiosity, reflection, even levity. I believe everyone holds inner strength and capacity for deeper understanding, and I'm committed to guiding you toward it.
