Hello! I work with adolescents and adults both in-person (my office is located in Everett), as well as throughout WA state through telehealth. I specialize in working with anxiety, eating disorders, childhood trauma, chronic illness, depression, professional burnout, suicidal thoughts, self harm behaviors, and those who may be exploring their queer and/or gender identity and expression. Some clients also come to me for general emotional support or want an outside perspective on a situation that is impacting their life.
I also enjoy seeing clients who come to me feeling somewhat ambivalent about counseling, or aren’t sure if counseling is right for them. Many of my clients are experiencing dissatisfaction with their bodies, depression, anxiety, trauma responses, and challenges with eating, and have a desire to incorporate new ways of thinking and being with themselves.
My goal as a therapist is to hold the space for whatever support you need to work towards the life experiences you want for yourself, and for you to feel fully accepted and respected for how you navigate the world.
