Specializing in sex therapy and relationship issues, I work with individuals and couples to improve relational and sexual intimacy. Areas of treatment include sexual or performance anxiety, pain issues, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, difficulty with orgasms, differing levels of desire/libido, attachment issues and past trauma, and relational/communication issues. So many feel helpless, that there is no hope that their lives can improve. I help to awaken and restore wellness in body and mind when you are unsure of how to move forward. All you need is to be open to the possibility than things can change.
I use hollistic approaches to create the best path forward for each individual and couple, guiding clients to feel more fulfilled in their lives. I use a combination of attachment, psychodynamic, family systems, emotinally focused, and strengths-based therapy models. I am certified in trauma and anxiety focused mindfulness and yoga practices.
I care very much about the work I do, and feel confident in my abilities to help clients reach their desired goals.
