Welcome! Reaching out for help can be a difficult step, and I am so happy you have taken it. I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker with seven years of experience. My approach is to provide support, guidance, and compassion to individuals seeking help. I have an expertise in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions. In our work together you will be supported to break the patterns that keep you from the life you desire while learning new life affirming strategies that leave you feeling empowered.
I use an evidence-based treatment model which begins with a thorough clinical assessment so that both the client and therapist understand the problem and potential course of treatment. I will help clients to relate to new perspectives and ideas that promote a greater sense of fulfillment and self-esteem, while pursuing personal growth.
At this time I am only accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and self pay. I will be accepting new patients at the end of October.
