Welcome! If you are a parent struggling during pregnancy or postpartum or a couple who is not in the place you’d like to be in your relationship, you’ve come to the right place. As a perinatal trained therapist, I help parents navigate this stage. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, anxious, sad or you've experienced trauma during your pregnancy or birth.
