When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. It is my life passion to bring healing to those who have been through a traumatic experience. I help my clients achieve a healthy perception of themselves as well as their relationships with others in order for them to live a life where they can feel whole and safe.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), both of which are evidence-based practices designed to address and reduce symptoms of PTSD. In addition to trauma work, my other specialties include mood disorders, depression, anxiety, LBGTQIA+ concerns and young adult issues.
