Supporting children, adolescents and adults alike through individual therapy is my passion and honor. I get the experience of pain, fear and hopelessness, and I also know what it’s like on the other side. I want to help you find relief, whether you’re experiencing an unexpected difficult situation or have been suffering a lifetime of pain. I specialize in helping those who are experiencing anxiety, depression or other issues that are causing them to be stuck. Together we can examine your unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and develop healthier patterns to live a happier life. My approach is warm, accepting and relationship-based.
Although quite different than working with adults and requiring a very different approach, one of my greatest passions is working with kids, and I have extensive experience in different settings in this areas. I specialize in helping kids cope with the struggles of anxiety and depression.
