My treatment approach considers the biopsychosocial model and incorporates holistic methods to healing. I work with adults in navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, stress, obsessions and compulsions, self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, sexuality, relational conflicts, and strained family dynamics.
We will collaborate to reduce negative self-talk; promote well-being; plan for next steps in your academic, career, social, and family life; understand trauma through a mindful perspective; establish practical patterns that are unique to you, and allow you to become your healthiest self.
