Our relationships seem to fall apart in two ways: gradually and then suddenly. Hi, my name is Lauren and I specialize in working with couples as well as women in their 20’s and 30’s. I have completed my EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) Externship. While some therapists show up in an elevated way, I try and come to sessions the same way that I want you to: authentic and as a human. I'm here to be your stepping stone to change.
