I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, which is an independent license in the state of Ohio, with 12+ years experience. Counseling theories I align with in my service to clients include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) informed strategies, mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and eclectic to others approaches. I tend to see life as messy and each person can benefit from having a review of how to cope.
