Lets be real. You’re in a bad spot and the last thing I want to do is bore you with optimistic clichés full of toxic positivity and lofty promises of healing and wellness. As a therapist, I have a particular interest in working with those who are struggling to stay afloat in a sea of existential dread. When it comes to feelings of anxiety, sadness, and disillusionment, I believe it’s important to keep in perspective the various systemic and societal issues that contribute to each of our personal sufferings.
I approach therapy from a place of humility and authenticity. My goal is not to pathologize, but to provide a space for you to be yourself—regardless of external expectations or demands. My therapeutic style is existential and humanistic in nature, and I utilize a trauma-sensitive approach when integrating various techniques, including CBT and ACT.
