I have been a practicing clinician for over 25 years seeing clients and supervising clinicians.
I utilize a combination of mindfulness practices and changing unhelpful habitual thinking to help you feel less anxious and improve your mood. I have worked extensively helping people reduce the anxiety they feel and finding healthy coping strategies to improve their lives.
