We all have parts of ourselves that we like, and we have parts of ourselves that frustrate, confuse, or scare us. I’m interested in the whole of a person - both internally and externally - and desire to create a safe space for all parts of my clients. It is my hope to help you create acceptance and safety for these parts of you as well. Being trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) gives me a holistic, systems-focused approach to clients’ lives. My experience with clients has cultivated a passion for trauma-informed, attachment-based, and person-centered care.
I have experience working with relationship skills and issues, boundaries, transitions, exploration of values, depression and anxiety, trauma, women’s sexuality, as well as purity culture and its effects on men and women. I have also been trained in EMDR and Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1.
I am interested in seeing young adults, adults, couples, and families. I look forward to working alongside you in your healing journey!
