My specialty is in helping people through life transitions, sexual exploration, anxiety, stress management, communication, balance in life, and strengthening connection with oneself and others.
We will have reflective discussions related to family of origin, relationships, self-perception, sexuality, intimacy to deepen personal insight and guide action aligned with your goals. I enjoy creative integration of mindfulness and client's interests into our work. I also offer psychoeducation and practical strategies to cope with current stressors.
My goal is to help you work through challenges and assist you to work on gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy is a balance of working cohesively, combining the values of respect and honesty with a guide who will empower you throughout the process.
