Standing in our truth is one of the most difficult things a person can do and it is one of the most courageous. Congratulations on taking steps on your healing journey. I have focused my therapeutic work on encouraging and validating individuals to discover and "stand in" our authentic selves. No matter what, it is a crucial part of our healing journey. I focus my therapeutic work on Trauma Informed modalities, such as EMDR and TF-CBT, along with customizing treatment based on your individual goals.
My specialty includes trauma informed care and modalities to work along side survivors as they heal and embrace their power throughout this journey. I also work with an array of other mental health needs/diagnosis'. I strive to empower you to create your treatment plan goals. I will share the space with you as we work together through the process.
