I am a counseling psychologist who offers individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, relational/interpersonal conflict, substance use concerns, sleep disorders, and stress management. I have particular expertise in working with emerging adults and students navigating the pressures of undergraduate and graduate schooling. Lastly, I have specialized training and experience in substance use specific concerns, including interests in addressing problematic risk and examining our overall relationship to substances.
