At Rhoades to Wellbeing, LLC, our clinical team provides a therapeutic safe space to help you understand and learn effective ways to cope with life stressors, work through mental health issues, heal unresolved trauma, and recover from substance use. Through a trauma informed lens, I strive to provide creative and client centered therapeutic services to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families struggling in these areas.
I have over 13 years of experience in counseling, working with a wide age range of adolescents and adults in a office, virtual, and school setting. As a Nationally Certified Counselor, I am also certified in working with people that suffer from co-occurring disorders. I also utilize pet-assisted therapy with my therapy dog Dmitri.
Getting comfortable with processing thoughts and feelings in order to be one's best self can be achieved with individualized support , meeting you where you're at, and learning healthy ways to promote change.
