I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who strives to create a safe and supportive environment for you to comfortably explore life’s challenges and improve your sense of wellbeing. I believe everyone has strengths and, at times, challenges that can be overcome with support and guidance. My ideal client is motivated to take a look at where they wish to make change and welcome taking steps forward.

I have a special interest in supporting those with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and trauma. I’m a strengths-based therapist who has a friendly, direct, and humorous approach. I utilize a relational and person-centered approach along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
