I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been in private practice for over 15 years. I help both individuals and couples address a wide variety of issues common to most relationships. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy ( A.R.T). for those sufferering from PTSD. This is a highly specific and effective therapy with empirical evidence supporting its outcome which is targeted at removing the triggers and symptoms experienced by those who have PTSD. This therapy is done in one session lasting up to two hours.
