For children I work mainly from a non-directive play therapy approach steeped in Polyvagal Theory principles and Social Learning models. Other models that inform my work include Developmental Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and mindfulness.
If your child is struggling at home, in care, or at school, reach out. I have limited in person appts for youth . If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, the challenges of being a parent, or the negative impacts from the helping profession, you don't have to do it alone. I currently am seeing adult clients via telehealth only w/ flexible scheduling.
