My clients are most often seeking help with their relationship: with themselves, others, the past, or the world in general. For over 15 years I have worked alongside people seeking to understand, process, and change themselves and their relationship to their lives. My training is primarily in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also trained in EMDR therapy, a trauma-focused therapy.
In my office, you can expect me to listen intently and co-explore your inner world. I believe that enhanced experiential awareness of our thoughts, feelings, experiences, and underlying needs is necessary to facilitate change in our relationships with ourselves, others, the past, and our world in general. I will share my thoughts and impressions with you.
