I collaborate with my clients as both an ally and a guide, to generate deep self acceptance, work through painful inner conflict, access imagination and genuineness, practice clear and empowered communication, and take action to live in more fulfilling ways.
I lead art therapy groups, wilderness and yoga retreats, and am passionate about the human capacity to turn the imaginable into reality. I am consistently moved by what I witness in my practice - the ability of compassion, self reflection, and communication to change lives.
