EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems) offer effective and often rapid relief from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, distressing memories, nightmares, etc. as a result of unmet developmental or attachment needs or other traumatic events. IFS Therapy offers healing from virtually any substance and/or behavioral addiction.
