I specialize in supporting adults experiencing challenges related to complex trauma, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), anxiety, grief, and interpersonal relationships. I also work with artists experiencing creative blocks and helpers struggling with burnout. I emphasize therapeutic practice that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex positive, and person-centered.
