Each one of us possesses problem-solving strengths. In times of transition and stress, these strengths can seem dormant. Therapy can uncover and further develop a personal resiliency. Having someone there to guide us on our path, through the brambles of life can be helpful. I believe therapy is a collaborative endeavor and my goal is to meet you where you are, with your life experience, self-awareness and intention.
I work primarily with couples experiencing relationship and sexual issues, and child non-directive play therapy. My therapeutic method is a blending of Narrative Therapy (NT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) which draws upon our innate strengths and resources, as well as identifying and altering patterns that have a negative effect.
My role as your therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which your thoughts and feelings are valued. I am here, if you need to find a path to your best self.
