I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience utilizing EMDR to resolve trauma associated with first responder experiences, accidents, grief/loss, military combat, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and more. My work, as well as my personal life, is grounded in mindfulness. When we train our attention to stay in the present moment, we become much more aware of the stories we tell ourselves and how much suffering we experience as a result.
I hold a certification in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and am very excited to announce my partnership with Journey Clinical to offer ketamine assisted therapy. I've witnessed some absolutely phenomenal results with clients suffering from PTSD/C-PTSD utilizing this groundbreaking therapy.
