There are times in life that we feel overwhelmed by unresolved trauma, grief, anger, low self-esteem, and many other obstacles that trigger anxiety, depression, shame, or feeling “stuck”. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, women's issues & couples therapy. I am passionate about creating a relationally safe space to honor what the soul, mind, and body has experienced. It is through that emotional exploration, that healing, self-acceptance, and positive change can begin.
I employ techniques based in experiential, attachment, and psychodynamic theories. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples change their patterns, improve healthy communication, and deepen their connection and intimacy. I completed externship advanced training for EFT through the Atlanta Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy.
