I also consider collateral care alongside your treatment essential - I want to be connected with your team in your healing journey to give you the best, most well-rounded care.
Utilizing ITR & evidence-based modalities, my focus is on ensuring trauma-informed care that is accessible, free of stigma, and well-balanced with supplementary referrals for holistic wellness.
It is not uncommon for me to provide referrals to external practitioners in supporting fields, such as psychiatrists, holistic health practitioners, somatic healers, and otherwise according to your needs in order to further support the care you will receive in talk therapy.
