I am passionate about healing past trauma, attachment wounds, and self-esteem issues that stem from what you've been through. I specialize in EMDR to eliminate symptoms and triggers from PTSD, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, sexual abuse, and relationship issues. I integrate other effective research-based modalities, including: CBT, grief work, attachment and self-acceptance work, parts work, assertiveness and boundary training, and mindfulness.
