With advanced training in substance use/addiction and complex trauma, my goal is to support you in making a positive change that will last a lifetime. I work with a wide variety of issues and concerns including: anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioral instability, life transitions, and negative life events.
I offer a relaxed and accepting environment where we will discover and build on your personal strengths and abilities. The connection between thought and behavior is explored in order achieve positive self awareness and problem solving skills. We will work together to create achievable goals and desired outcomes.
