I am trained in EMDR Therapy, a trauma treatment that allows for clients to fully process through painful events that cause them to have an unhealthy view of themselves, or of life in general. I am also trained in Prepare and Enrich, which helps premarital and married couples learn to experience a more bonded, healthy relationship.
