My ultimate goal is to empower you to grow more resilient and confident in your ability to manage life’s challenges. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I focus on cultivating awareness and insight into the thought and behavior patterns that impact your daily functioning.
I want therapy to be what you need it to be- my hope is that we are able to spend our time being present, focusing on any of life’s challenges, changes, or celebrations you'd like to discuss.
