Hello! I specialize in women’s issues and successfully work with clients experiencing anxiety and/or depression when dealing with life issues such as: loneliness, relationship struggles or breakups, new to dating or having difficulties with dating, child/sibling/family conflicts or estrangements, co-worker/“bad boss” stress, problems related to finances/spending addictions, etc. I offer in-office/in-person sessions and Telehealth online video counseling-it’s easy!
Other areas I consider myself an expert in are working with adult children with aging parents, caregiver fatigue, persistent worries/negative thinking, chronic illness, guilt or grief/loss experiences, dealing with difficult behaviors/dementia, and navigating through life.
