I am a licensed psychologist with over a dozen years of experience working with a wide range of developmental, relational, identity and mental health concerns. I utilize evidence based practices such as CBT, and am committed to using a Person Centered, multicultural, and trauma informed approach.
Everyone's story is unique and every person deserves an individualized approach to their care. Initially, I provide a comprehensive psychological assessment and together we will explore each client's goals for treatment. I want clients to feel heard and validated in a safe, non-judgmental space and learn how to overcome the hard things in their lives.
