My overall approach is mindfulness-based, as I believe that our thoughts and the emotions related to those thoughts control our life. Personally, I have struggled with anxiety and depression at various times in my life and have used many different modalities to affect change in my life.
My own experience with anxiety and depression has taught me that our thoughts are the key to being at peace through this journey of life.
