Hello and welcome! Congratulations on making the courageous step in seeking help. Seeking help is not always easy and can be scary because it means that you are seeking a change in your life. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in seeking help and change. As your therapist, I will work with you as an individual, a couple, or a family unit on issues that are affecting your quality of life. I will work to help you develop the change needed for your unique situation. The most important role I have to my clients is to provide HOPE for situations that seem hopeless.
My special interests include (but are not limited to) family conflict, parenting issues, adolescent issues, young adult issues, college and career issues, domestic and sexual abuse issues, couples' issues, young couples’s issues, self- esteem issues, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. I can provide Spanish sessions/ CITAS IN ESPANOL
My office is conveniently located in the Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, and Lake Houston area. If there is a financial need, I have sliding scale sessions available. If I cannot meet your financial needs, I will be happy to assist you in finding other therapy resources and referrals that meet your budget and needs.
