I provide evidenced based therapy that meets one's personal goals. I work with clients towards their individualized goals at a comfortable pace. I have confidence in a holistic, client centered approach within the modalities of Experiential, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR and EFT. I have more than 15 years experience counseling in various settings.
