Chronic disease and pain increases one's chances of anxiety, depression, financial distress & self-esteem issues. Often diseases are 'silent'- few will acknowledge them- however, disease is disease. Learn to understand this better without your disease defining who you are. New Groups begin every two months (about 8 weeks). Tweak your perspective, gaining awareness of your strengths & learn resilience skills to begin a new way of living. Come out, join us and build yourself back up!
