I have knowledge of many different techniques and tailor them to fit you and to help recovery from trauma and/or grief and loss in a way which is more result-oriented rather than relying solely on talk therapy. These techniques include Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, EFT, Life Coaching and many more.
I have found that Neurofeedback can be a highly useful tool in facilitating and expediting the healing process.
