Are you struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, aging, chronic pain or life transitions? Through gentle, guided support, I can help you feel more comfortable and confident while utilizing a strengths-based perspective and mindfulness techniques. We will work together to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety, help process grief and improve your relationships. I have a deep commitment to helping children, teens, adults, older adults and caregivers with issues such as depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, addiction, dementia, and life transitions.
I have considerable experience with clients and families experiencing life transitions and symptoms related to stress. I offer play therapy for young populations and cognitive behavioral and dialectical interventions for teens and adults. Other specialties of mine include depression, anxiety, chronic pain issues, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
Guiding you through identifying what is causing the problem, I work alongside you in determining the best methods for recovery. I utilize CBT and DBT to tailor a personal set of goals to assist you through the therapeutic process in order to achieve lasting change within the shortest time possible.
