I specialize in treating children, trauma, and have a special interest in women's issues. I also have experience and interest in treating clients with a dual diagnosis. I believe that you are the expert on your lived experiences. My job is to assist you in growing, learning, and finding inner strength to overcome life's' challenges. I use a person-centered approach and believe in meeting people where they are at in their journeys. I utilize many different therapy modalities, including play therapy, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
I graduated with a Master's degree in Social Work in 2022. I have 6+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. Some of these settings include: outpatient therapy for individuals of all ages, in-home therapy for children, family therapy, and psychiatric inpatient hospitalization.
