I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified EMDR Therapist. I am trained in Gottman Marital Therapy. I began my career as a victim advocate for the Rape Crisis Center of San Antonio, TX. My experience includes working in the school systems and specializing in trauma-informed care including EMDR, adolescent psychotherapy, couples and family therapy and domestic violence. I believe in a person-centered and systemic approach to therapy.
I currently offer telehealth therapy services in Colorado and Virginia. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and welcoming environment to meet my clients where they are at and support their process.
I believe therapy can be an extremely vulnerable and empowering experience. I want to encourage and foster healthy relationships with self, partners, and family for my clients.
