My name is Laura Ourfalian and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. and I have been serving individuals from diverse backgrounds. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, anger management, peer relationships, grief and loss, and personal growth. I utilize an eclectic therapy approach to use the most effective methods to address the individual’s needs by carefully cultivating an intentional, individual plan for each individual.
I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and related issues. I work to help and support clients navigate these transitional periods, promote a positive sense of self, and learn to manage the experience of worry and anxiety that can inhibit one’s growth and enjoyment of life.
