I work primarily with adults and the geriatric population and serve clients who struggle with day-to-day issues including anxiety, sadness, guilt and shame, relationship troubles, boundary setting, stress management, healthy coping, and maintaining wellness. As a clinical social worker and LIMHP, I also have experience with Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Neurocognitive Disorders (dementia).
I focus on developing the supportive and collaborative relationship that will help my clients reach their therapeutic goals through improved insight and self-awareness. I approach each client as the unique individual they are as we co-create a treatment plan built on a foundation of compassion, positivity, and strengths.
